Classes for Teens, Kids and Tots

The Hand Workshop Art Center offers a variety of great classes throughout the year. All classes are taught at the Hand Workshop, 1812 West Main Street, in Richmond’s Fan District near Virginia Commonwealth University.

Artventure Summer Youth Program – 2005
The Hand Workshop Art Center’s Artventure Summer Youth Program, now in its twenty-second year, is a visual art program that provides hands-on experiences for children and teenagers. It’s a unique opportunity for students to work directly with professional artists who will teach new skills and encourage individual expression.

Artventure (remaining winter/spring 2005 classes)

Parent/Child Classes for Ages 3-5
Kids and their parents can enjoy creating art together in these great classes. The possibilities are endless!

Classes for Home-Schooled Students
These classes provide hands-on experiences for children and teenagers who receive home schooling. HOME SCHOOL DISCOUNT: Sign up for two or more sessions and receive 10 percent off each class!
